Once you purchase your membership, use your login and password that you created during purchase, select an online training course from the list and start learning immediately.
When you create your account, select a password that you are willing to share with your team. Everyone will use the same user name and password to access the online training courses. We recommend you change your password regularly to keep out unwanted access.
If you have a large business and have purchased multiple subscriptions, each subscription will require a different user name and password.
1. Add the first library to the cart.
2. Checkout by creating a username and password.
3. Pay using an accepted credit card.
4. Add the next library to the cart. It can be same library or another library subscription. Mix and match to suit your needs.
5. Check out by creating a DIFFERENT username and password. This requires a different email address. Consider asking a manager to create an account for their team.
6. Pay using an accepted credit card.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 for each additional subscription.
All courses may be accessed an unlimited number of times during your membership. This is especially useful if you want to retake a course or if you have new employees joining your team and you need to get them trained quickly.
All online training courses in the Gold, Platinum, Platinum Plus libraries offer a certificate upon successful completion of each course. These PDF certificates are available for download or printing at the end of each course. The Training Design Essentials Program currently does not have a completion certificate.
You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay or Apple Pay for immediate access to the eLearning courses within your membership level.
If you are only wanting a specific course, you will unfortunately, need to purchase the membership. However, you may cancel your membership at any time, so after you take the course(s) of interest, cancel your membership. We do suggest you take a look at the other courses offered within the membership as you may find something else that interests you or that could help you with getting your next job promotion.

All our courses are eLearning, which is online training. All you need is a computer, tablet or mobile phone and internet access and you’re ready to learn at anytime, anywhere.

Sure! As an adult learner, you are in charge of your own learning journey. Use the menu button on the top right corner of any course and select the topic you want to review or skip ahead to.
Yes. All online training courses can be completed on any internet ready mobile, tablet or computer device.
You can reset your password by click on “Lost your password?” and following the onscreen instruction in the Members Area.
No. If you need to leave a course before you’ve finished, when you return, use the “Menu” button on the top right corner, select from the list the title of the screen you last completed. Now you many continue your learning journey.
No, there are no cancellations fees. Cancel anytime. Reactive your account anytime.
- Log into your account. Select “Subscriptions” from the menu.
- In your list of subscriptions, identify the subscription you wish to cancel and select “View”.
- In the Action field, select “Cancel”.
Your subscription is now canceled.
